Engage Carver Talent to assist with your candidate search while you continue to conduct your own search (if you choose to do so). Our service is free until the day our candidate takes a position with your company. An agreed upon fee will then be paid to Carver Talent by the client company (free to the candidate) at such time and is typically a percentage against first year salary.

Retained Search

Engage Carver Talent to solely handle your recruiting needs. Typically, an upfront fee is charged. We operate on an exclusive, client-centered basis and work on a limited number of assignments at one time. This option is optimal for an executive search, a confidential search, or peace of mind to fill a high-priority position.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

Our RPO option transfers all or part of your recruitment efforts to Carver Talent. We can act as an extension of your company's HR or Resourcing function, providing a holistic hiring solution. About the Founder

Ty Carver has nearly thirty years of recruiting, HR management, sales, and leadership experience…including the last seven specific to the broadcast media industry. Additionally, he has amassed a social media network totaling over 20,000 connections…predominantly in the media industry space. He is well-connected and well-respected with proven results. Outside of work, Ty is an avid marathon runner and served as a volunteer firefighter (Lieutenant/EMT) for more than twenty years.
